This weekend we had our front doors delivered. Thank's to Jenson for lending a hand to move those big things up the stairs. We also had our back door delivered as well.

Roofer guy also came by. Turns out the roof is probably the single biggest line item left on this build so I'm trying to cut costs where I can. The top color on the photo below is a material that I can buy a lot scrap from an old job of on craigslist. While the bottom would be new. Really depends what I can get the material for. Time to start negotiating.

Encountered one issue with the subfloor. We had a bunch of rain and standing water over the past month and a half on the site. These are guaranteed not to swell. Photo showing quite a bit of swelling occurred. The guys at the factory were very nice about offering free sanding. So I'll have to get some quotes from local floor sanders.
